The appointed Solicitor will manage a broad caseload of contentious matters in criminal law and prosecutions, including court advocacy and providing advisory services to a diverse range of clients dealing with sensitive issues. This is a rare opportunity to retrain and expand your expertise in prosecutions within a prominent public sector organisation, contributing significantly to delivering justice for victims. Comprehensive support will be provided through an in-depth induction program, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching to ensure a smooth and well-supported transition into your new role.

This role is open to Solicitors and Barristers holding a valid practising certificate in England and Wales. Ideally, candidates will have experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and demonstrate a genuine passion for this area of work. A current practising certificate is required, and applicants must have resided in the UK for at least five years.

You will receive comprehensive induction training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching to support a smooth transition into your new role in prosecutions. The position also offers a competitive benefits package and the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
