*The appointed Solicitor will manage a dynamic and exciting caseload of high-profile commercial matters, with opportunities to engage in international work.
*The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, as well as advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
*You will provide legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters while also assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
*This role requires full-time office attendance due to the team setup.
*The firm is considering applications from individuals with newly qualified status up to 3 years PQE, gained in either national firms or reputable niche firms.
*You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
