A well-established regional heavyweight is looking to add a construction litigation solicitor (3–6 PQE) to its growing team. Litigators with a broader commercial background and an interest in focusing on construction disputes are also welcome to apply.

THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity to join a busy and well-respected construction disputes team, handling a varied mix of work including development agreements, building contracts, tender issues and development finance disputes. You’ll be working closely with experienced practitioners on complex matters, with plenty of support and scope to develop your skills in a specialist area.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be comfortable managing a range of disputes work and confident picking up unfamiliar tasks with the right level of guidance. A practical, common-sense approach and the ability to apply legal principles in a commercial way are key.
