As the appointed Commercial Lawyer, you will advise clients in the education sector on a range of commercial matters. The client base includes universities, schools and educational charities both internationally and nationally. Projects include advising on commercial agreements required for university branch campuses overseas, joint venture agreements and a wide variety of commercial agreements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 6+ years PQE in commercial matters, ideally on behalf of clients within the education sector.
