Commercial Solicitor, 8+ Years PQE, Birmingham, up to £100,000 (DOE). Are you an experienced Commercial Solicitor looking for a new challenge? This could be the role for you! JOB REF:9917.

THE ROLE:
• You will work across a wide spectrum of high-value and strategically important commercial matters.
• Advising on complex commercial contracts and outsourcing agreements
• Drafting and negotiating supply, purchasing, agency and distribution arrangements
• Supporting on IT agreements and intellectual property licensing
• Advising on data protection matters across multiple sectors
• You will take ownership of client relationships and to drive business development activities.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A qualified solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE
• Experienced in commercial, IP, and IT matters, ideally from a City or large regional firm
• Client-focused, commercially savvy, and pragmatic in approach
• Confident managing a diverse workload and leading key client relationships
• Enthusiastic about business development and leadership opportunities
• You’ll have a passion for understanding how businesses work and an ability to provide insightful, practical advice that genuinely helps clients achieve their goals.
