Award-winning National Law Firm is expanding its commercial team and seeks additional expertise. With ambitious plans for expansion and new major projects, we are keen to bring additional talent to our Commercial team.
You will be advising clients from a broad spectrum of industry sectors on complex IT and data protection matters, including AI and other developing technologies, licensing agreements and data protection queries. You will also be responsible for supervising less experienced colleagues, taking the lead on complex matters and playing an active role in business development.
You will have at least 6 years’ PQE in commercial contracts, specifically in IT and Data Protection. Technically excellent, with strong drafting and negotiation skills, you will be a relationship builder and confident leader. Joining this supportive and collaborative law firm, you will work in an environment that encourages personal development and will provide a clear path towards partnership.
