Regional Legal Director Commercial Property – 10+ Years PQE, Stoke on Trent – Salary £90,000+ (DOE).
Responsibilities
- Play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high‑quality legal services, and driving business growth.
- Lead and supervise a high‑performing commercial property team, providing guidance and mentoring.
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, sales, purchases and re‑mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
- Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm’s regional reputation.
- Maintain strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Qualifications
- Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE.
- Experience in managing, mentoring, and inspiring a team.
