An established and growing regional law firm in Suffolk is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a strong background in development work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected team where you can hit the ground running and take ownership of a varied and active caseload.
A well-established law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with proven development experience to the team. There is an existing client portfolio and this opportunity offers the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer the chance to work within a collaborative and friendly team. Working on your own caseload of commercial property and development matters, you will be building strong relationships as well as playing a key role in business development and further developing the practice.
You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in dealing with commercial property and development work. With a strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, ideally you will have a proactive approach to client engagement as well as a desire to contribute to team growth and success.
