JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: NQ-2 years
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Based in Cambridge, you will be joining a forward thinking and highly regarded commercial property team with a strong national reputation. You\’ll handle a broad and stimulating caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development projects
• Landlord and tenant work

You\’ll work closely with a diverse client base and provide practical, commercially focused advice on a variety of complex and high-value matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 2 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city practice renowned for their commercial property offerings. You will have strong technical experience along with strong drafting and negotiation skills. Newly qualified Solicitors will be considered and will have completed at least one seat within commercial property during their training contract.
