A highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to work with landowners on developer work.

Location: Lincolnshire

PQE Required: 3+ PQE

Salary: Dependent on experience

The Role: Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor with a strong track record advising landowners on strategic development opportunities? As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in advising landowner clients on a wide range of development matters including site acquisitions and disposals, promotion and option agreements, conditional contracts and overage, land assemblies and joint ventures. You’ll be joining a team known for its high-quality work, long-standing client relationships, and strong presence in the landowner and development space.

The Candidate: The firm is looking for Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial property law acting for landowners in residential and mixed-use developments. You will possess the ability to manage files independently and confidently handle complex transactions. You will be able to build rapport with landowners, agents and developers.

The Firm: The firm is very well known in the area and has a thriving commercial property team. They are seeking a solicitor at Associate level who can demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to manage a busy caseload. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will join a collaborative, friendly and expert-led property team with a strong pipeline of quality landowner and developer work.
