Commercial Property Solicitor

The appointed candidate will be joining a dynamic commercial property practice, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of commercial matters while honing their expertise and advancing their professional development.

• The role involves providing clear and high-quality legal advice on a range of commercial property matters, while also contributing to the practice’s growth by promoting the firm to both existing and prospective clients.

• You should have previous experience from a well-regarded firm, with expertise in landlord and tenant matters, property sales and purchases, property restructuring and reorganization, and asset management.

• You will manage your own caseload, collaborating closely with partners and other departments on related matters. Your clients will include private and commercial investors, mixed-use developers, institutional landlords, corporate tenants, asset managers, and other commercial clients.
