This leading national law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor to actively contribute to the development of their commercial litigation department.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a varied commercial litigation caseload including shareholder disputes, contentious probate, building disputes, professional negligence disputes, and partnership disputes.
  • Work directly alongside the partner, demonstrating ambition and drive for career progression.
  • Bring genuine passion for Commercial Litigation and some working knowledge of all aspects of commercial litigation.

  • Experience within a leading national or regional law firm preferred.
