In this role you will help ensure the efficient operation of financial processes. Working closely with fee earners, secretaries, and colleagues in the cashiering team, you will deliver financial support throughout the firm.
Responsibilities:- Monitoring online banking transactions
- Checking the banking inbox daily
- Supporting billing activities
- Managing client to office transfers
- Responding to finance queries
- Processing invoice payments via an online portal
- Working with colleagues to ensure smooth financial operations
- Previous experience working as a Legal Cashier within a law firm, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt while maintaining a professional approach to work
