Qualifications: 5+ Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in conveyancing; experienced lawyer with substantive knowledge of residential property. Skilled in title due diligence, handling title issues, risk identification and liaising with fee earners.

Location & Salary: Essex – £Up to circa £50k, adjusted for experience.

Role Overview: You will be an appointed Residential Property Lawyer, focusing on the technical side of conveyancing. The role involves undertaking title due diligence, dealing with title issues, identifying key risks and complexities, and ensuring consistency and efficiency within the residential property department.

Candidate Profile: As this is a non‐client facing position you will play an integral part in strengthening conveyancing processes from initial instruction through to completion. Exposure to all aspects of residential property matters – freehold and leasehold titles, lender requirements, leases, easements – is expected, along with the ability to identify legal risks and communicate them effectively and practically.
