A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to head up its specialist Dental Clinical Negligence team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience to take ownership of an established team, driving performance while continuing to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- This is a varied leadership position where you will play an integral role in both the operational and legal success of the department.
- You will oversee complex dental negligence claims, mentor fee earners, and work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
- You will manage and supervise a caseload of complex Dental Clinical Negligence matters.
- Providing technical guidance and support on challenging cases.
