We are seeking an experienced claimant clinical negligence solicitor with 3+ PQE to manage a caseload ranging from pre‑litigation to litigated claims in Northampton.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own clinical negligence caseload, acting for claimants from inception to resolution.
- Handle a mix of pre‑litigation and litigated claims, tailored to your experience.
- Work independently, run cases end‑to‑end, with supervision from an experienced team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience working within claimant clinical negligence.
- Proven track record of managing caseloads and running cases independently.
