Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 1–3 years PQE, Bristol, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work on a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, whilst gaining exposure to high-value and complex matters under the guidance of senior lawyers. JOB REF: 1270
The role
- You will be responsible for your own caseload of clinical negligence claims, from instruction to resolution, under appropriate supervision.
- Assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.
- Review and analyse medical records, instruct experts, and prepare chronologies.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, instructions to Counsel, and settlement documents.
Skills required
- Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters empathetically.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
