OVERVIEW:•You will handle a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases, medical, dental, and other clinical injuries•Candidates must have a strong understanding of medical negligence and the ability to manage cases with confidence and expertise•The appointed solicitor will have the ability to provide legal services with a personal touch whilst at all times demonstrating care and understanding•Applications are open to newly qualified solicitors with clinical negligence experience•Experience in dealing with complex and high value Industrial Disease, fast track/multi-track litigated cases and/or clinical negligence•On offer is generous annual leave plus bank holidays, a comprehensive healthcare plan, flexible working options, and opportunities for career growth through training and development.
