JOB TITLE: Claims Solicitor (Professional Indemnity)
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £50K - £75K
THE ROLE:
A specialist claims management organisation is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join its Professional Indemnity team, handling complex claims on behalf of SRA and FCA regulated professionals.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity matters, working closely with policyholders, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve high-quality claims outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims from inception to resolution
- Act for SRA and FCA regulated professionals
- Advise on insurance law, contract law, and litigation strategy
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties
- Maintain accurate case records using relevant systems
- Deliver effective, timely, and commercially focused outcomes
ABOUT YOU:
- Qualified Solicitor with professional indemnity experience
- Strong understanding of insurance and litigation processes
- Excellent analytical and case management skills
- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and strong professional standards
