CIVIL LITIGATION LAWYER, 2 + YEARS\’ EXPERIENCE, WEST YORKSHIRE/ HYBRID, UP TO £40,000 DOE. A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, a generous pension plan, and ample opportunities for professional development. JOB REF: 9494
•In this role, you will report to the Contracts Team Leader, handling a caseload of matters which includes, consumer contracts, professional negligence cases, and inheritance matters.
•The appointed lawyer will deliver clear and accurate legal advice, helping clients fully understand their options, the claims process, and potential outcomes.
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 2 years\’ handling civil litigation matters, specialising in Professional Negligence or Inheritance claims.
•As an experienced Litigation Lawyer, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to effectively manage your time and prioritise your workload.
