THE CANDIDATE

  • Minimum of 2 years’ PQE as a Childcare Solicitor.
  • Law Society Children Panel Accreditation required, with a caseload focus on Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
  • Proven experience in public children law, managing a diverse caseload.
  • Exceptional communication and client care skills, remaining calm, empathetic and professional under pressure.
  • Ability to provide complex legal advice clearly and confidently.
