The Role

  • You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including:
    • Mergers and acquisitions
    • Private equity transactions
    • Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
    • Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
    • Group reorganisations
    • Share sales and acquisitions
    • Corporate governance and general advisory work
    • Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions

You will work closely with Partners and senior members of the team while having increasing responsibility for your own matters and client relationships.

About You

  • We are looking for a Corporate Associate with a strong grounding in corporate law and ideally experience gained within a reputable national, international or leading regional firm.
  • You will ideally have:
    • Around 2–5 years' PQE, although applications from candidates outside this range will be considered
    • Strong experience across a range of corporate transactions
    • Excellent technical and commercial ability
    • The confidence to deal directly with clients
    • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
    • A genuine interest in business and developing long-term client relationships
    • The ambition to progress your career within a highly regarded corporate practice
