The Role
- You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity transactions
- Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
- Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements

- Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions
You will work closely with Partners and senior members of the team while having increasing responsibility for your own matters and client relationships.
About You
- We are looking for a Corporate Associate with a strong grounding in corporate law and ideally experience gained within a reputable national, international or leading regional firm.
- You will ideally have:
- Around 2–5 years' PQE, although applications from candidates outside this range will be considered
- Strong experience across a range of corporate transactions
- Excellent technical and commercial ability
- The confidence to deal directly with clients
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- A genuine interest in business and developing long-term client relationships
- The ambition to progress your career within a highly regarded corporate practice
