The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

You will be joining a respected and well‑established conveyancing team with a reputation for excellence in client service. Your role will be hands‑on and client‑focused, dealing with a broad and interesting range of conveyancing matters, from start to finish. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and local estate agents. Supporting and contributing to a positive team culture.

Skills Required

Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
Proven experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
