We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a highly regarded Military Department. You will join an expert legal team dedicated to supporting service personnel and veterans.
THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly purposeful, fast‑paced environment where operational excellence directly supports life‑changing legal work across the UK. You will ensure that the firm’s legal teams are fully supported, well‑coordinated and able to deliver consistently high‑quality outcomes for clients. You will be responsible for producing and interpreting management information to support decision‑making, monitoring workload distribution and supporting resource planning and supporting onboarding, training and development across the department. Acting as a key link between legal teams and business support functions such as HR, IT and Finance.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in an operations, practice management or team management role is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience supporting team performance, engagement and development initiatives.
