Commercial Solicitor – 6+ years PQE, Cambridge, salary £DOE, extensive benefits, flexible working.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across sectors on complex IT and data protection matters, including AI and emerging technologies.
• Lead on licensing agreements and data protection queries.
• Supervise less experienced colleagues, take lead on complex matters, and play active role in business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years PQE in commercial contracts, specifically IT and Data Protection.
• Technically excellent, strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Relationship builder, confident leader, partner‑track mindset.
