This is an excellent opportunity for Clinical Negligence Solicitors at all levels (newly qualified solicitors through to experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyers, grades A-C) looking to develop their careers in a friendly, collegiate environment within one of the UK's most respected practices. You will join one of the largest and most successful clinical negligence teams in the country, acting for individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of medical negligence. The team is renowned for handling complex, high-value claims and has established a national reputation for achieving outstanding outcomes for clients. Cases range from moderate injury claims through to spinal injuries, brain injury, birth injury and fatal claims.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors (NQ through to Associate and Partner level) and Legal Executives with experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters. Whether you are just starting out in your clinical negligence career or have a wealth of knowledge within clinical negligence we would like to hear from you. We are also keen to hear from Clinical Negligence Solicitors currently dealing with defendant related matters but want to make the move to claimant.
Our client offers a genuinely flexible hybrid working model, with colleagues typically attending the Cambridge office two days per week and working remotely for the remainder of the week, combining the benefits of collaborative office working with the flexibility and work-life balance that modern professionals value.
