This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and businesses across multiple sectors.
THE ROLE
You will manage your own caseload while supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex insolvency and restructuring matters. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and dispute-related work. You will be responsible for advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders, and directors, handling administrations, liquidations, CVLs, MVLs, and bankruptcies and managing insolvency-related disputes and recovery actions. Supporting business development and profile-raising activities.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Applications are sought from solicitors with 3+ years PQE in insolvency and restructuring work. Commercially aware and solutions-driven. Confident managing client relationships and files. Well organised with strong attention to detail. Keen to develop their specialism and progress their career.
