A well regarded commercial law firm is seeking a Senior Defendant Personal Injury Litigator to join its busy office on a full time basis. This role will see you handling a varied caseload of predominantly fast-track employers' liability and public liability claims, managing files from the point of litigation through to trial. You will also have exposure to multi-track matters including higher value claims of up to £350,000 and will play a key role in delivering high quality defence strategies for a strong and established client base. The position involves regular client interaction, as well as working collaboratively within a growing and supportive team environment.
THE CANDIDATE: You will have a minimum of 7 years' PQE defending personal injury claims, with a strong background in handling both fast-track and multi-track matters through to trial. You will be confident managing claims independently, with a thorough understanding of the DCP and litigation process. Strong communication and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience handling retail sector claims would be advantageous. This opportunity will suit a Senior Litigator looking to take on a high level of responsibility within a dynamic and well supported team.
THE FIRM: The firm is known for its strong client relationships and practical, commercially focused advice. It offers a collaborative and professional working environment, where individuals are encouraged to develop and progress their careers.
