In this role, you will advise clients on a broad range of residential property transactions, liaising with clients, agents and mortgage lenders, keeping up to date with legal developments and working collaboratively with other fee earners and assistants.
The appointed candidate will draft, review and complete all relevant legal documentation, ensuring compliance with the firm's systems and standards and meeting financial billing targets.
Applicants should have at least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases and transfers of equity. You will manage your own caseload efficiently and cost-effectively, delivering a high standard of legal advice and excellent client care.
