  • Responsible for managing a varied caseload of privately funded family matters including divorce, separation, and children matters.
  • Providing clear legal advice on risk, funding options, and chances of success, while ensuring compliance with the firm's risk and regulatory obligations.
  • Drafting legal documents, issuing court proceedings, attending hearings, and briefing counsel as necessary.
  • Effectively using the case management system to ensure timely progression of cases.
  • Supporting marketing and business development efforts, including networking, writing content, and promoting the firm's brand.
