The Role
Provide comprehensive support across residential and commercial conveyancing matters, assisting with the preparation and review of documents, managing client correspondence and ensuring cases progress smoothly from instruction to completion. You will maintain accurate records, coordinate with clients, solicitors and other stakeholders and support the team in meeting deadlines and delivering excellent client service. This fully office-based role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property law and develop your career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience in conveyancing, be confident in managing a busy workload with attention to detail, be highly organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and have excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues. Local candidates, or those within easy commuting distance of West Yorkshire offices, are preferred. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in property law, with the opportunity for the right candidate to secure a training contract after two years.
