This is a senior strategic appointment for an experienced solicitor with a strong Commercial Property background and a specialist focus on Residential Development.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for leading, developing, and expanding a busy and ambitious Residential Development team.
  • Manage a varied portfolio of Residential Development matters, including options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, site acquisitions and disposals, leases, mortgages, and mixed tenure schemes across registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold property.
  • Mentor and support more junior members of the team.

Skills Required

  • Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
  • A proven track record advising on complex real‐estate and development projects.
  • Experience operating in a fast‐paced environment, with excellent technical knowledge and leadership capability.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to support both clients and colleagues at a senior level.
