We are looking for a Planning & Environmental Manager to join a growing Birmingham team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a specialist function supporting high-profile residential, commercial and infrastructure developments nationwide.
The Role
- As Planning & Environmental Manager, you'll lead the specialist statutory agreements function, ensuring the successful management, review and delivery of a wide range of development‑related legal agreements.
- You will work closely with planning professionals, developers, local authorities and legal teams to keep projects progressing efficiently while maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy and compliance.
- Manage workloads and monitor progress across multiple live projects.
- Provide technical guidance and quality assurance for junior team members.
- Maintain accurate records and document schedules throughout each project.
- Ensure robust file management procedures and compliance with quality standards.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support the wider Planning & Environmental team on a variety of development projects.
