This leading firm is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual who specialises in defendant casualty work, including both injury and non-injury cases.

THE ROLE

As part of this growing team, you will take on a diverse caseload covering a wide range of complex matters, including Casualty & Public Sector claims, abuse, utilities cases, Employer’s Liability & Public Liability claims and Product Liability cases. You will also supervise more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients at inquests.
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently.
  • Proven experience managing a broad range of defendant abuse claims including, vicarious liability and public sector abuse and/or claims against social services professionals.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
