THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior paralegal with substantial private client experience to join a supportive and collaborative practice with a strong reputation for client care and high-quality work. You will play a key role within a busy private client department, supporting solicitors and partners while also handling matters with a high degree of autonomy. You will assist with a varied private client caseload to include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust administration
- General private client support and client liaison
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum of 10 years previous experience within a private client department
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration
- Highly organised and capable of managing a busy workload
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Empathetic and confident when dealing with elderly or vulnerable clients and sensitive matters
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
