A new opportunity for an experienced Paralegal looking for a new opportunity with a friendly and supportive private client team.

THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior paralegal with substantial private client experience to join a supportive and collaborative practice with a strong reputation for client care and high-quality work. You will play a key role within a busy private client department, supporting solicitors and partners while also handling matters with a high degree of autonomy. You will assist with a varied private client caseload to include:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Trust administration
  • General private client support and client liaison

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 10 years previous experience within a private client department
  • Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration
  • Highly organised and capable of managing a busy workload
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Empathetic and confident when dealing with elderly or vulnerable clients and sensitive matters
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
