The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will be joining a highly respected team known for delivering practical, commercial solutions across a broad range of civil disputes. As a key member of the Litigation Department, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including:
- complex possession and property claims
- title rectification and professional negligence claims
- Trust and commercial disputes
- general litigation and dispute resolution advice
You will also play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior solicitors, helping to strengthen the department's continued success.
Skills Required:
- Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years' PQE in civil litigation.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex cases independently.
- Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Already based in Cornwall, or genuinely interested in relocating to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle this beautiful region offers.
