A new opportunity for an experienced solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join a respected Construction team and play a key role in advising on high-value, challenging matters.

THE ROLE:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing practice with an excellent reputation for contentious construction work.
  • You will work on a diverse range of matters including construction and engineering disputes (adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and mediation) and advising clients on construction contracts, warranties, and project risk.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • You will have a minimum of 4 years' PQE in construction law, with a solid foundation in contentious matters.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction law and related dispute resolution processes.
  • Experience advising clients in professional services, with a desire to grow a client base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-centric approach.
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.
  • A collaborative spirit, along with the ambition to develop both personally and professionally.
