A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join its highly regarded Commercial team in Birmingham. THE ROLE
- Advising clients on a wide variety of commercial contract matters, including:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Advising on supply, services, outsourcing and technology contracts.
- Supporting clients on strategic commercial projects and day-to-day contractual matters.
- Working with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver commercially focused legal solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with businesses operating across a range of sectors.
THE CANDIDATE
- Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors who have completed a seat in commercial contracts or commercial law during their training contract. You will have:
- Strong technical drafting and analytical skills.
