Responsibilities- Manage your own caseload, including litigated matters, delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Assist more senior members of the team on complex, high-value claims spanning a wide range of medical disciplines.
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and clear legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
- Collaborate across the firm to deliver an exceptional, seamless client experience.
- Minimum of 2 years PQE, ideally with defendant side experience.
- A proven ability to manage your own caseload, including litigated claims.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in taking instructions and giving sound legal advice.
- Experience assisting senior solicitors with complex, high-value cases.
