The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Civil Litigation Locum Solicitor required on a maternity cover basis, starting within the next 4 weeks, on a full‐time basis within an established team.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years' PQE in civil litigation and will be responsible for advising and representing clients across a broad range of civil matters, including:

  • Consumer disputes
  • Landlord and tenant issues
  • Possession proceedings
  • Debt recovery
  • Partnership and contractual disputes
  • Intellectual property matters
  • Building and construction disputes
  • Wider commercial and general civil litigation

Hybrid working is offered, with a requirement to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week to support effective collaboration and supervision. The role includes line management and day‐to‐day supervision of two team members: a trainee solicitor and a legal assistant. Support will be available with caseload management to ensure a smooth handover and continued delivery of high‐quality client service.
