Key Responsibilities

  • Join an experienced Litigation team handling a broad range of complex and high-value Contentious Probate disputes on behalf of a diverse client base.
  • Manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, providing clear, practical advice on sensitive and often complex private client litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research, carry out early case assessments, draft pleadings and court documentation, prepare matters for hearings, conferences and mediations, and ensure compliance with all court deadlines.

Qualifications
