An established and well-regarded law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into its commercial property department.
Location: Essex
Salary: Up to circa £65k (DOE)
The Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established and well-regarded practice in Essex. You will be handling a broad range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, development agreements as well as property finance, commercial property sales and acquisitions, option agreements and promotion agreements.
The Candidate: The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be a strong team player with excellent attention to detail and possess at least 3 years PQE in handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, property finance, sales and acquisitions of commercial properties and development agreements.
The Firm: Office based position offering a competitive salary, you will be joining a busy and supportive department with a strong local reputation and a varied caseload.
