Overview
Banking & Finance Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Bristol, £75,000+ (DOE) – A new role for an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. JOB REF:1440.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and agree facility agreements and other finance documentation.
- Lead and manage key transactions, with support from partners.
- Supervise, develop, and coach junior team members.
- Build and strengthen new and existing client relationships while developing your own practice.
- Play a part in shaping the strategy and vision of our Banking & Finance practice and sector focus groups.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Banking & Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in banking law, ideally with exposure to real estate or corporate finance.
- Confidence in advising clients on a full range of banking matters, from start to finish.
- Strong transactional experience and the ability to run matters independently.
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with a focus on quality and client relationships.
