The role involves managing a varied caseload of family law matters, advising clients on divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, domestic abuse, prenuptial agreements and other family law matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake both privately funded and legally aided work, working alongside an experienced family law specialist to deliver practical, straightforward advice and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and experience managing their own family law caseload.
