THE ROLE:
An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to play a key role in the development of a new regional office. The successful candidate will handle a broad and high-quality private family caseload including children and financial remedy matters, together with TOLATA work up to the pre-action stage, after which matters may be referred internally to specialist colleagues. This is a senior opportunity offering genuine autonomy and progression, ideal for a Solicitor looking to take the next step into a leadership-focused role with the backing of a well-resourced and recognised legal brand. Full operational, compliance and marketing support will be provided, allowing the successful candidate to focus on client care, practice growth and team development.
THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is keen to speak with ambitious and commercially minded Family Solicitors with at least 8 years’ PQE in family law. Candidates should have strong experience managing complex private family matters independently with exposure to both children and financial remedy work, alongside a working knowledge of TOLATA. The successful candidate will be confident running a varied caseload with minimal supervision and will be able to demonstrate a strong billing track record together with a proactive approach to business development. A genuine desire to grow a practice and build a local team is essential. Excellent client care, communication and advocacy skills are required, as well as the leadership potential and long-term mindset needed to progress within a growing firm.
