Employment Solicitor / 6+ PQE / West Yorkshire / c£75,000 DOE / An excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a successful and well respected team, with the opportunity to develop a strong client following, generate new business and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice – Employment Solicitor An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor or Partner to join an established and successful employment team. This is a key role for a Lawyer who enjoys both high quality technical work and developing strong client relationships. You will advise corporate clients and individuals across a broad range of employment matters, including complex discrimination and unfair dismissal claims, employment documentation, contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures. The role will also involve advising on employment issues arising from corporate transactions, including share and asset sales and TUPE matters, working closely with colleagues across the wider firm. You will have the opportunity to utilise your existing network and contacts, develop new relationships and actively contribute to the growth and profile of the employment team. The successful candidate will be an experienced Employment Solicitor or Partner with strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to handle complex employment matters independently. You will be commercially minded, confident building relationships and comfortable networking and generating new opportunities.
