Commercial Litigation Solicitor, NQ–5 Years PQE, West Yorkshire, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor through to someone with up to five years' post-qualification experience who is keen to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative and forward-thinking firm. \nTHE ROLE:
\n• Manage your own caseload of commercial disputes from initial instruction through to resolution, with appropriate supervision where required.
\n• Advise clients on a broad range of contentious matters, delivering practical and commercially focused solutions.
\n• Meet with clients, build trusted relationships and provide clear, confident legal advice.
\n• Draft legal documents, correspondence and court papers to a high standard.
\n• Work alongside senior lawyers on more complex and high-value disputes, gaining valuable experience across a range of litigation matters.
\n
\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from solicitors with up to 5 years' PQE in commercial litigation or a related disputes practice.
\n• Experience of, or an interest in, areas such as commercial litigation, property disputes, professional negligence and contentious probate.
\n• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively.
\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n• A proactive and commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
\n• A commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
\n• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
