An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well established and highly regarded commercial property team renowned for its high quality client base, complex transactional work and supportive, collaborative working environment.
THE ROLE:
The appointed Solicitor will handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations, refinancing transactions, development work and portfolio management. You will advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and developers through to investors and owner managed businesses. The role offers exposure to high quality work together with the opportunity to take on a high level of client contact and responsibility from the outset. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive team environment with clear opportunities for progression and continued professional development.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within a reputable commercial property team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across a range of commercial property transactions and be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. You will demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills together with a commercial and pragmatic approach to advising clients. Candidates should be organised, proactive and capable of building strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues. Previous exposure to business development activities and networking would be advantageous, along with a genuine desire to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the team.
