We are currently working with a well-regarded firm in the West Midlands seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join their team on an immediate, ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy department while the firm recruits on a permanent basis.

The Role:

Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters
Work to include acquisitions, disposals, leases, and general landlord & tenant work
Managing files independently from instruction through to completion

Key Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
Strong background in Commercial Property
Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Experience using CMS Leap is essential
