An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take the lead role in driving the private client department forward within this established friendly practice.
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Circa £45k (DOE)
THE ROLE:
As a key member of the team, you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Will drafting and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- General private client advisory work
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and development of the department, helping to shape its future direction and success.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with at least 4 years' PQE and a strong background in managing their own caseload. You will demonstrate:
